• Great app, but restaurants should be guided to give more customer customisable or selectionable option on their menu, like swiggy’s exclusive and combo offers, and considering health of individuals, ingredients “to add or not to add in food” from restaurants. When will swiggy daily will be available in our city, and have you consider delivering any other items from certain retail or department stores along with food order and delivery service from restaurants. • I’m totally satisfied with how SWIGGY operates no problem there but there’s one thing that needs to be done. I think there should be a rating mechanism for the delivery guy in the app itself, I mean I get that rating mechanism in my phone’s notification and if by accident I clear all the notifications there is no other way to rate that poor fellas delivery even after so many repeated reminder from the guy. Feels kinda bad for him , after all they are really polite in their conversations.
• Swiggy Store door step delivery is a God send. I ordered for diapers in an emergency situation at 3am and it was delivered in less than 15mims. This couldn’t have gotten any better. I love this app. Covers more restaurant than a lot other apps out there. 5 star for the store delivery feature added. Runs smooth without a glitch. Thank you.
• Great app experience…….great app for food ordering…..but the issue is with some delivery agents…..you are giving them free food if the customer’s order have some issue or cancelled in any circumstances, so they are not taking efforts to deliver it properly if customer has some issue in location otherwise great app for food ordering.
